Time & Patience – Seasonal Batch of 204 Bottles

Our farmer friends Peggy, Larry and Jessie grew these special Cayenne Peppers for us during the 2021 season. When it was harvest time, we stopped in and picked ripe peppers on a weekly bases. Then we prepped and fermented them till all the flavors matured perfectly.

There were only enough cayenne peppers to make 204 bottles this year. We’re planning to grow a lot more of these special Cayenne Peppers in 2022.

Description

SERVING SUGGESTIONS:

This sauce is great with just about anything.

~ Ramen, Drunken Noodles, Pad Se Ew, Chow Fun, Pho, Garlic Noodles.. Basically any noodle dish

~ Avocado Toast with an Egg

~ Make some fry sauce (Mix: Mustard, Mayonnaise, small amount of Ketchup) Put a few spoonfuls of this Cayenne Pepper Sauce on top and… DIP DIP DIP

~ Grilled Shrimp

~ Chicken Sandwich – I slather one side with Mynahs and shake a bunch of KoloheKid on the chicken…. AMAZING

~ Turkey Club

~ Curries

~ Pizza

    It starts off like a traditional southern hot sauce but that layer of richness from the fermented cayenne is smooth and somehow smokey almost. Definitely a new fave like every other sauce. Looking forward to this being a permanent sauce!
