Adoboloco Jalapeño Sauce we consider to be a flavor enhancer (umami). It can be used when sauteing, as a salad dressing, dip, condiment and so much more.
Ingredients: Apple Cider Vinegar // Jalapeño Peppers // Sea Salt // Garlic
Our original Adoboloco Jalapeno sauce started by accident from a homeschooling garden project here in Maui. You can read more about how it all started here.
A recent comment from the owners of Red Pineapple on Oahu said “I can’t think of anything that this WON’T taste great on”

This may say jalapeño but it definitely isn’t spicy as some jalapeño sauces out there. It’s so flavorful & sooo…good on egg omelets. Even the kids like it & that says a lot. Lol!

Love it! Just enough spice and a lot of flavor.

One of my favorites!!!!! Love the flavor, SO good on pizza, burgers, or even drizzled over potato chips. Nice heat, just enough to let you know it’s there.

Adoboloco Jalapeno Mild is great. While I enjoy everything I’ve tried so far from Adoboloco, the Jalapeno Mild sauce was the first. It’s not hot, but it has very good flavor and I use it in tacos, on quesadillas, in scrambled eggs, on hash browns, and more. Not only is it far better than my previous go-to sauce (Tabasco’s Green Jalapeno, which I don’t buy anymore), I would much rather support a small family business. I will be buying more.

My favorite sauce! Can’t ever put enough on all the things…
It’s good on eggs, burritos, pizza, soba noodles…whatever!

Super mild compared to the rest. Good for flavor enhancing when cooking fajitas and stir fry.
