Are you a garlic girl? We love our garlic. Garlic Gurl Sriracha is Adobolocos’ take on Sriracha. We made this sauce to satisfy our wants and needs in a Sriracha, yes we have needs. Heavy on the fresh garlic was a must. Chili peppers that gave us depth of flavor with just the right amount of heat. And of course we needed it to be full of flavor covering 4 out of the 5 flavor profiles: slightly sweet, sour, salty and umami. Slather it on everything, we do. ENJOY!
