Pork Adobo can be tricky but this recipe shows how easy it can be. I’m sure this Adobo is still really tasty just a little milder in flavor. Interesting to see that the cook making this Adobo is using white sugar too. I only use brown sugar when cooking Adobo. There is no marination or browning of this Pork Adobo, this keeps it down to a minimum cooking time.
