Let’s Cook! Beef & Broccoli The Easy Way!

Craving a delicious and quick meal? We’ve got you covered! Dive into our step-by-step tutorial on how to whip up mouthwatering Beef & Broccoli using Adoboloco Classic Hawaiian Barbecue sauce. Perfect for a speedy weeknight dinner or a special treat, this recipe is sure to impress!

🌟 Ingredients:

  • Preferred cut of beef (we used London broil)
  • 1 TSP Baking Soda
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 tbsp oil of choice
  • 2 broccoli crowns (or any veggie of choice) cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1/4 of an onion, thinly sliced
  • 4-6 garlic cloves, minced
  • Classic Hawaiian BBQ sauce

🔪 Instructions:

  1. Prep the Beef: Thinly slice the beef and place it into a large sealable bag. Add a teaspoon of baking soda and Classic Hawaiian BBQ sauce. Massage until combined and set aside to marinate.
  2. Cook the Rice: Rinse rice until water runs almost clear. The water level should cover the rice up to your cuticle line. Cook while prepping the broccoli.
  3. Sauté Veggies: In a pan over medium heat, add oil. Once heated, add garlic and onions. Cook for about 3 minutes until soft. Add broccoli (or your favorite veggies) and salt to taste. Stir occasionally and cook until they reach your desired texture—we like ours vibrant green with a nice crunch. Set aside in a bowl.
  4. Cook the Beef: In the same pan over medium heat, add marinated beef. Stir occasionally and cook thoroughly, about 5 minutes.
  5. Serve & Enjoy: Serve the beef and broccoli over hot rice and enjoy this delightful meal!
